Our class is planning to go on a trip to Black Creek Pioneer Village on May 7, 2010. The students are looking forward to stepping back in time as we see what a pioneer village looked like and how the early settlers lived. It should be a great educational experience for them! The students have been learning about how the settlers survived on the land, how they began their communities, what their occupations were and what services they needed in their villages. Your child has been given their field trip form, please be on the look out for it!
