Helping Others

In our class we are reading the chapter book called “Sophie and the Sidewalk Man”. This story discusses a homeless man and how he is treated by those that pass him. Our class has been talking about how we can help those that are in need. We will be collecting warm hats, scarves, mittens and gloves that will be donated to help those who need to keep warm and are less fortunate. Please encourage your child to bring in a gently used warm item or a new one that can be collected and given to help warm heads, hands and hearts!
